For the latest warning information please check the Bureau's web site www.bom.gov.au/qld Weather Situation A weak ridge extended along most of the east coast of Queensland. A trough over the south-west Coral sea is expected to weaken during Friday.

Thursday until midnight Winds SE 10 to 15 knots, reaching 15 to 20 knots at times south of Gladstone. Seas 1.2 to 1.7 metres. Swell Less than 1.5 metres. Isolated showers. Friday Winds SE 10 to 15 knots, reaching 15 to 20 knots at times south of Gladstone during the morning. Seas 1.2 to 1.7 metres. Swell Less than 1.5 metres. Isolated showers.
