2. Join our ‘REAL DEALS’ Rewards program and you will earn points on every $1 that you spend at Tackle World Bundaberg.
3. As a member of our ‘REAL DEALS’ Rewards program, you will earn 1 point on every $2 that you spend on catalogue items, electronics, bait and ice, clear out items and some very competitively priced products. This is approximately 10% of our stock lines.
4. You will earn 1 point on every $1 that you spend on all other items throughout the store. This is approximately 90% of our stock lines.
5. You WILL NOT earn any points on gift vouchers, Lay-bys or where a discount has already been given from the marked price.
6. When you have accumulated 100 points, you will receive a $10 ‘REAL DEALS’ Rewards voucher. We recommend that you start with $10 ‘REAL DEALS’ Rewards Vouchers and change if you require. You may elect to change to $20 or $50 vouchers. Only one size voucher may be selected, but you can change whenever you wish.
7. Your ‘REAL DEALS’ Rewards Voucher is printed at the end of your sales docket when your set target has been reached. Only one ‘REAL DEALS’ Rewards Voucher is printed for each sales docket. Any remaining vouchers will be printed on subsequent sales dockets.
8. Your ‘REAL DEALS’ Rewards Vouchers are valid for six months and are only valid at Tackle World Bundaberg. Tackle World Bundaberg is not required to honour a voucher that has passed its expiry date. Please treat these vouchers as cash as they cannot be replaced if they have been lost or stolen.
9. As a ‘REAL DEALS’ member, you may elect to receive weekly fishing reports/products updates and/or a monthly spear fishing report/product updates.
10. Those on our email list will receive links to preview our upcoming catalogues and be able to purchase items on special before the catalogue is released.
11. The Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards card is issued by and remains the property of Tackle World Bundaberg. Tackle World Bundaberg reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time and Tackle World Bundaberg will not be liable for any loss arising from the withdrawal of the card.
12. Tackle World Bundaberg reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards program, or terminate the program at any time. No alteration, amendment or termination will affect any discount vouchers which have been issued at the time of any alteration, amendment or termination of the scheme. Tackle World Bundaberg will not be liable for any loss resulting from the termination of the scheme from the date that the termination notice is served by way of notice at Tackle World Bundaberg.
13. Application for and/or use of the Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards card indicates acceptance of the rules and terms and conditions of the Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards program.
14. To the extent permitted by law, Tackle World Bundaberg will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards program and will not be liable for any loss resulting from any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards program.
15. Tackle World Bundaberg reserves the right to adjust Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards points accrued that have resulted from operator error, computer error and or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of Tackle World Bundaberg.
16. All participants in Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards must be residents of Australia.
17. To earn points for a transaction, the Rewards Card must be presented at the register at the time of the transaction, otherwise the Reward member details cannot be captured and points cannot be allocated. Points cannot be claimed for retrospective purchases.
18. The Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards card can only be used at Tackle World Bundaberg and not at any other member of the Tackle World Australia Group.
19. Tackle World Bundaberg Group rewards points will be earned for purchases made at Tackle World Bundaberg only. Points are earned on each item purchased except for gift vouchers. Tackle World Bundaberg will decide the number of points that will be earned on each item and may adjust those points from time to time without notice.
20. The redemption value of points is ten dollars per one hundred points. The redemption value of points may be changed at the discretion of Tackle World Bundaberg at any time.
21. Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards discount vouchers are individually bar-coded for security reasons. Tackle World Bundaberg ‘Real Deals’ Rewards discount vouchers are transferable in that they may be redeemed by persons other than the member who was issued the discount voucher.
