GREAT OUTDOORS ANGLERS ALMANAC 2016

The Angler’s Almanac, the persistent little year-round seller which quickly gained the nickname among Australian anglers of “the yellow Bible”, is back for 2016. This pocketbook of predicted best fishing times was the first of its kind in Australia. It was launched just over 21 years ago and now has a strong following among the fishing fraternity. All the usual features are there, from accurate colour photos in the Fish I.D. section to simple graphics showing how to tie a huge range of fishing knots. And, of course, the 2016 predicted best fishing times which can be used anywhere in or around Australia, plus the 2017 Moon Phases for those anglers who want to plan their fishing trips further ahead. The predictions start in a couple of days times, on November 1, 2015, and run through to December 31, 2016. So regardless of whether your newsagency is located near the slow streams of central and regional Australia, the fast flows and quiet lakes of the high countries, the surf and rocky headlands right around our great nation, or the stepping-off ports for deep sea and coral reefs, chances are a keen angler will already have come into your shop asking whether the 2016 Angler’s Almanac is available yet.
