To make use of this website you are required to accept and comply by the Terms and Conditions set out below. These include terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers. You should read these before making use of the website. Your use of the website indicates your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to this web site and its terms and conditions at any time.

“We” or “us” means Tackle World Bundaberg.

“You” means the person or organisation who purchases goods or services from us.

ORDERS

All orders placed by you are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

The prices of products, services and delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of issue, however, we reserve the right to change prices at any time.

We retain the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. Included, but not exhaustive, reasons are the unavailability of any product, and error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website.

Our quantity of stock does not take into account the orders already placed but not processed. The accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site is not guaranteed.

ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

We do not accept order from overseas at this time.

PAYMENT

For on-line orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa and Mastercard ONLY) and PayPal. Title to goods supplied does not pass to you from us until the full amount is paid.

All products listed on tackleworldbundy.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.

DELIVERY
You are responsible for receipt at the delivery address including signing for and accepting the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to you if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

You are responsible for payment of any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. We will make every effort to deliver on time. Orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days in most cases. We will endeavour to ship all orders on the next business day of ordering via express courier.

FREIGHT COSTS

Freight is free for all orders over $125.00 from our online store. A freight charge of $10.00 is payable on all orders under $125. These freight costs are not applicable to some larger items that are listed in our various catalogues. We will quote you on these items before despatch. The method of all deliveries will be at our choice. For small packages Australia Post will be used. Some items may not be suitable for freighting.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in their original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. All refund will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. If the item/s received is/are not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Returns must be carefully packed, freight paid and insured, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels. We cannot accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged. We will credit you with your original method of payment.

We retain title to any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.

WARRANTY

All goods sold by us come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer.

All warranties are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, misused or physically damaged. You must attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number.

You are responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to us. We are not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Tackle World Bundaberg.

DISCLAIMER

Market forces and many other variables affect product availability, and price stability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product advertised and/or change prices without notice.
