Delivery and Returns Policy


Products are sorted into two sections.  Those qualifying for Free Express Shipping and those larger/heavier products where shipping is subsidised by us.  Hovering over the product will identify these products.


Applies when the total value of qualifying products exceed $125.  When the total of qualifying products is under $125, a shipping charge of $10 applies.  Products will be shipped Express. 

When a purchase is made that comprises products that qualify for ‘Free Express Shipping’ but the total of these products is under $125 and larger/heavier products are also purchased, the shipping will be calculated to include the larger/heavier item/s.  It will then be your option whether these items are shipped express or regular.

Some remote locations do not qualify for free express shipping or $10 flat rate shipping.


Please enter your postcode for an estimate of shipping costs.  This estimate will update at the checkout when more than one product is purchased, or you can recalculate in the shopping cart. 


It is our desire to deliver your order to you as soon as possible; First Time, Every Time and to avoid collections/redeliveries.  Please complete this section carefully to ensure that someone is there to collect the order or you may authorise us to leave your order in a safe place. 

You cannot nominate a time for delivery

If no one can accept delivery - Australia Post

A card will be left and your order will be returned to the nearest Australia Post and held for two weeks for collection.  A second card will be left after one week.  Australia Post does not redeliver.

If no one can accept delivery  -Toll IPEC

A card will be left and your order will be returned to their local depot.  Please call them to arrange collection/redelivery.  Toll IPEC do redeliver, but you will be responsible for the collection of the order from that depot or paying a re-delivery charge. 


Shipping – Track and trace

We ship Australia wide but do not sell outside Australia.

Items will be shipped by Australia Post Express/Toll IPEC within one working day of the order being placed.  If the order is placed before midday, we will generally dispatch that same day. You will receive an invoice by email before the goods are dispatched as well as an email advising the date of dispatch and the tracking number so that you can track the parcel coming to you.  You will also receive a copy of the invoice with your goods.

Nil stock

Stock holdings and pricing are updated throughout the day and our computer doesn’t make mistakes, but for various reasons there will be times when our stock shows we have stock but in reality, we do not have any. In the event of this happening, we will contact you to resolve this issue.

Returns Policy

Our policy is that you may return any item that you have purchase from us for a full refund (excluding freight) within seven days of receiving the item, provided that it has not been used and the packaging is still intact. Return freight will be your cost. If you wish to replace it for a different size/colour etc, the cost of the return will be at your expense; however we will return the new item to you at our cost. If the return is because of our error, we will cover freight both ways.

Damaged stock

Please call us on Freecall 1800 822 553 within 24 hours of receipt of your order if you have received damaged stock.


All goods sold by Tackle World Bundaberg have a manufacturers’ warranty. In the event that the product you have purchased from us is found to be defective within the warranty period, please call us on 1800 822 553 to discuss the problem and what may be done. In the event that the item is to be returned to us or to our supplier, freight costs will be at your expense. If the product is found to be defective, it may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of our supplier. The final decision will always rest with our supplier. 

In the event that the supplier replaces the product to us or offers us a full refund, you will have the choice of receiving either the replacement or a full refund of your purchase price.

Misuse or abuse of the product will void the warranty. 

Payment options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal through our secure payment gateway. When paying by Visa or MasterCard, you may be asked by your bank for a NetCode or you will need to use your bank’s security token.  Please note that ZipPay, ZipMoney and Afterpay is available in store.  You can still start an order online, however, you will need to phone us during business hours to process these payments over the phone with your code.
