As I’m sure you can all understand, writing the fish report for this week was a little difficult due to the low pressure system that moved down the south-eastern Queensland coastline during the past few days.
By now, I’m sure everyone around the Bundaberg area has seen enough rain for quite a while. It will be great to have a mostly sunny weekend forecast to let things dry out.
Looking into the weekend’s forecast for Bundaberg, it’s not looking too bad for a run offshore and with perfect tides the fishing should be great, but please make sure you are up to date with the latest weather forecasts before heading out as things can change at any time.

Looking forward into the Australia Day long weekend, the offshore forecast for the Bundaberg area isn’t looking too good, but the general forecast for a bit of camping and fishing in the local creeks and rivers is still looking fair.
