Silver Rope with Stainless Steel Thimble is a pre-assembled polypropylene mooring or anchor line featuring a professionally spliced stainless steel thimble at one end, providing a reinforced, abrasion-resistant eye for attaching to shackles, cleats, bollards, or anchor chain. The stainless steel thimble protects the rope fibres from chafe and crushing at the connection point, extending the working life of the line in high-wear applications. Polypropylene rope floats on water and provides good resistance to rot, mildew, UV, and most common chemicals.
The spliced thimble eye delivers a neat, strong termination that simplifies attaching the rope to anchor chain or mooring hardware without knots that can weaken or jam under load.
