Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- With all tags still attached
- Returned in the original packaging
When reaching out, please include your order number and a brief description and photo of the issue. We’ll assess the situation promptly and provide the next steps.

Incorrect Items Received
Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, packing errors can occasionally occur. If you've received the wrong item, please contact us at info@tackleworldbundy.com.au as soon as possible. We will organise the correct item to be sent and cover all associated return postage costs. Your inconvenience is our responsibility — and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you'd like to return an item due to a change of mind, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. The item must be:
- Unused and in resalable condition
- In original packaging with tags intact
Refunds for change of mind returns will be issued excluding the original shipping cost. A fee may also be deducted from your refund to help cover administration and handling costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping in these cases. We require that returns be sent via registered post with proof of delivery, such as a signature on delivery.
Gift Vouchers
Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
