Description
The Teflon Skid Pad 1.5m X 50mm X 12mm Red is a low-friction polyethylene trailer skid designed to create a smooth, non-marking surface along boat trailer bunks, allowing the boat hull to slide freely during launching and retrieval without the resistance generated by bare timber or carpet bunks. The red colour designates this skid as particularly well suited to fibreglass boat hulls, providing a gentle, non-abrasive sliding surface that protects the gel coat during the loading and unloading process. The grooved centre channel runs the full length of the skid, enabling all mounting screws to sit below the skid surface and preventing any hardware from making contact with the hull, whilst the 1.5-metre length can be cut to size with a saw for a tailored fit on any trailer configuration.
