Description
The Trailer Eye Post 8in 16mm Hole is a galvanised steel post fitting designed to mount keel rollers, bow stops, and skid assemblies to a boat trailer frame, providing a secure and correctly positioned attachment point along the keel support line of the trailer. The 16mm hole through the eye accepts standard roller spindles and pins, allowing rollers to be mounted firmly in position and retained with a split pin or fastener for a reliable, serviceable assembly. The longer 8-inch post length compared to shorter variants provides greater reach for positioning rollers at the correct height on taller trailer frames, and the galvanised coating protects against the accelerated corrosion that occurs with regular use in salt and fresh water at boat ramps.
