Description
The Scepter Universal Fuel Tank offers 45 litres of on-board portable fuel storage in the standard tall-profile form factor, providing the fuel capacity required for extended day trips on small to medium outboard-powered vessels. The seamless one-piece UV-stabilised cross-linked polyethylene construction contains no welds and is moulded with integral feet for ventilation and deck stability, meeting ABYC, EPA, and CARB standards for portable marine fuel tanks. A combination fuel pick-up and direct sight gauge provides an immediate visual indication of remaining fuel without requiring electrical connections or a separate gauge.
Scepter's 2-way vented cap and automatic air inflow valve system manage fuel vapour and air flow to maintain consistent fuel delivery to the engine across the full range of tank fill levels. The tank meets Australian SAI Global approval and is compatible with the standard fuel hose fittings used across Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Tohatsu, and Mercury outboard engines, ensuring straightforward installation and interchangeability.
