The Shimano Maikuro Baitcaster Rod represents the perfect all-round graphite rod series delivering great value and performance with sleek cosmetic refresh and upgraded componentry throughout. The blank has been upgraded to nano 30-tonne Toray graphite construction giving anglers a crisp feeling rod when working any size lure whilst providing power strength and responsiveness in a lightweight feel that mitigates fatigue. The guides have been upgraded to SeaGuide K frame configuration adding new look and feel whilst promoting long accurate tangle-free casts for superior line management. The butt end features the classic Maikuro style of mixed full-length cork and EVA butts across different models, with natural cork and extra hard EVA construction transferring every bump and bite from business end to angler's hands. Featuring Shimano concept reel seat that locks your favourite reel in place, this rod offers top fishing performance at affordable pricing.
