The Irukandji Megaprawn 125mm Soft Plastic Lure is a hyper-realistic prawn imitation designed to draw strikes from any predatory fish that feeds on prawns, shrimp, crayfish or lobster. Made from an ultra-soft and flexible material, the Megaprawn delivers a lifelike action combined with ultra-realistic colour patterns that closely mimic Australian prawn species. The 125mm size is well suited to a wide range of freshwater and saltwater applications, though it has earned a strong following among anglers chasing mangrove jack and barramundi where a convincing prawn imitation makes all the difference.
Unrigged and sold in a 2-pack, the 125mm Megaprawn is optimised for both jighead and weedless presentations and is recommended to be rigged on a 5/0 jighead or 5/0 weedless hook. Note: do not store with PVC lures as they will react with the material.
