The Daiwa 26 Ryoga Baitcaster Reel redefines round baitcaster performance with premium HYPERDRIVE DESIGN technology and a distinctive brushed aluminium finish. Built around the rigid HYPER ARMED HOUSING aluminium body maintaining internal component stability under load, this flagship round reel features HYPERDRIVE DIGIGEAR with a three-point contact design delivering buttery-smooth rotation whilst significantly increasing gear durability. HYPER DOUBLE SUPPORT provides full bearing suspension of the pinion gear on both ends ensuring smooth gear rotation and enhanced cranking performance under heavy loads.
HYPER TOUGH CLUTCH delivers smooth secure engagement and disengagement of the free spool cast after cast whilst the 90mm handle with round EVA knobs provides a secure comfortable grip and extra leverage during extended sessions. Available models feature either the Magforce-Z Boost braking system on the larger 150 size or the SV Boost two-stage spool design on the 100 size, both delivering precise casting control across wide lure weight ranges with enhanced distance. The ATD drag system with audible click provides smooth consistent drag pressure throughout fights preventing sudden lock-ups whilst maintaining steady pressure on running targets.
