Description

The Minn Kota 2024 Riptide PowerDrive 55-pound trolling motor delivers value-focused electric steering performance with Advanced GPS technology for saltwater applications. This 12-volt motor provides 55 pounds of thrust through a variable speed brushless design that delivers precise power control whilst conserving battery life. The 54-inch composite shaft is engineered with advanced corrosion protection including grit-blasted housing, aluminium coating and powder coat finish to withstand harsh saltwater environments.

Advanced GPS technology includes Spot-Lock for holding position with GPS accuracy and AutoPilot for hands-free directional control. The included Advanced GPS wireless remote provides complete control of speed, steering and navigation functions with an easy-to-read LCD display. Digital Maximizer technology extends runtime up to five times longer than conventional motors on a single battery charge by delivering only the power needed.

The integrated heading sensor enables the Jog feature, allowing five-foot position adjustments in any direction whilst in Spot-Lock. One Boat Network compatibility enables integration with select Humminbird fishfinders for enhanced navigation features and smartphone app control. The weedless wedge propeller reduces vegetation fouling whilst the built-in battery gauge monitors charge levels during operation. The composite shaft carries a lifetime warranty whilst the motor is backed by a two-year warranty.
