Description
The Minn Kota Electric Steer Stabilizer Kit V2 reduces bounce and vibration on bow-mount trolling motors whilst protecting the control head, shaft and motor mount from damage. Featuring extruded aluminium construction with a side screw locking system, this stabiliser provides quiet and secure attachment that can be easily removed when not required. The low-profile mounting base allows permanent installation whilst the pivoting arm can be folded down during normal operation. Designed to handle the increased torque of modern electric steer motors, this V2 version accommodates foot control motors with up to 45-inch shafts and hand control motors with up to 52-inch shafts. The kit is particularly beneficial for motors installed on vessels operating in rough water, heavy chop or offshore conditions where shaft movement can damage components and create unwanted noise during fishing.
