The Minn Kota Heavy Duty Quick Release Bracket Internal Puck is the deck-mounted component of the heavy-duty quick release system. This internal puck secures directly to the vessel deck using stainless steel mounting hardware and provides the receiving mechanism for the motor's quick release plate. Constructed from high-yield composite material specifically engineered for motors with 112-pound thrust or 72-inch and longer shaft lengths, the puck withstands substantial forces whilst remaining impervious to corrosion. The white finish provides a clean appearance on the deck. The internal puck design allows for a low-profile installation that minimises deck obstruction when the motor is removed. The precision-machined interface ensures reliable engagement with the motor mounting plate whilst the robust construction provides long-term durability in harsh marine conditions. Installation requires deck access from below for through-bolting with the included stainless steel hardware.
