The Samaki Tyrant Overhead Game Rod is built to take control offshore, from live baiting reefs to trolling current lines for powerful pelagic predators. At 5 feet 6 inches, this one-piece rod is available in both 15kg and 24kg line class options, each offered with either runner tip or roller tip configurations to suit different fishing styles. Constructed on quality 15-tonne or 24-tonne blanks depending on the model, the Tyrant delivers the power and durability needed for battling hard-fighting offshore gamefish. Fitted with premium components including an anodised aluminium reel seat, gimbal and butt cap for long-lasting saltwater performance, this rod is designed to handle the rigours of heavy-duty game fishing. Stainless frame guides with gold zirconia inserts provide excellent line flow and corrosion resistance, whilst the solid integrated glass tip delivers exceptional durability and sensitivity for detecting strikes during live baiting and trolling applications.
