Definitions
The words we, us, our, mean Corjam Pty Ltd trading as Tackle World Bundaberg of 22 Quay Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670. The words you and your refer to registered users, customers, resellers, associates, suppliers or general public visitors to our Website.

Acceptance of Terms
By applying to join the Real Deals Rewards Program you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time (Terms) and are subject to any other conditions imposed by Corjam Pty Ltd (Tackle World Bundaberg) from time to time. The latest Terms supersede and replace any and all previous terms and conditions in connection with the Real Deals Rewards Program.

Membership Applications
Individuals can apply to join the Real Deals Rewards Program by completing an application form online, over the phone or in store. We may, in our absolute discretion, accept or refuse any application.
A successful applicant may only hold one Real Deals membership account.

Member Benefits
Member benefits are determined by us from time to time and may include discounts, invitations to events, entry into promotions and are subject to availability.
Member benefits only apply to the named member and may require verification of membership details at the time of purchase. Benefits are non-negotiable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise specified by us. Members who are employees of Corjam Pty Ltd (Tackle World Bundaberg) or relatives of such employees may be precluded from certain benefits including entry to promotions.

Physical Cards
Physical Real Deals cards, where issued, are not debit, credit or charge cards and remain the property of Tackle World Bundaberg at all times. Physical cards must be returned to Tackle World Bundaberg immediately upon demand by us.

Membership Cancellation & Changes
Memberships, cards and benefits are valid until cancelled by Tackle World Bundaberg (in its absolute discretion) or until the member notifies us that they wish to terminate their membership. If your Real Deals membership is cancelled and you have been issued a physical card, the card must be returned to Tackle World Bundaberg upon request.
We may, in our absolute discretion, at any time, and without notice or reason, modify these Terms, cancel or suspend any membership, card or the Real Deals Rewards Program generally.

Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use
Tackle World Bundaberg is not responsible for stolen, lost or fraudulently used memberships or physical cards. Members must report any suspected unauthorised use of their membership or loss of a physical card to our store. Existing membership access or physical cards may be cancelled and replaced at our discretion.

Technical Errors
Tackle World Bundaberg shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable for any reason including as a result of a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software errors.
If a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software error results in a discount or points being overlooked or wrongly attributed, the member may bring this to the attention of staff at our store within 24 hours of the time of purchase to receive the appropriate adjustment where applicable.

Liability
Tackle World Bundaberg is not liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) of any kind to person or property suffered by any member whether by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, of Tackle World Bundaberg in connection with the Real Deals Rewards Program, including injury or loss incurred whilst participating in any activity of the Real Deals Rewards Program or in any activity in which members are invited to participate. This condition is subject to any liability which may not be lawfully excluded, in which case such liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Members indemnify Tackle World Bundaberg for and against any loss or claim suffered or incurred by Tackle World Bundaberg arising from or in connection with a breach of these Terms by a member or in connection with a member's Real Deals membership.

Privacy
Tackle World Bundaberg holds and uses a member's personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General
If any clause of these Terms, or any part of any clause, is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, then that part shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in force. The words "include" and "including" and other similar words and expressions are to be construed without limitation. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Queensland, Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
