The Garmin GpsMap 8412xsv Chartplotter Without Transducer is a 12" premium chartplotter/sonar combo delivering true multi-function display performance in a combo-size package. The 12" full HD IPS touchscreen delivers wider viewing angles, superior clarity, and excellent sunlight readability even with polarised sunglasses on the water. Multiple displays can be flat mounted edge-to-edge for a sleek glass helm look, or mounted flush for a clean integrated finish. Note this is the standalone unit only, sold without transducer for anglers upgrading existing setups or building custom installations.
Complete sonar support comes built-in with dual-channel 1 kW traditional CHIRP, CHIRP ClearVü, and CHIRP SideVü scanning sonars, plus support for Ultra High-Definition scanning sonar with no black box required. The unit also supports the entire Panoptix line including LiveScope forward-facing sonar (transducers sold separately). Full network capability through NMEA 2000 and the Garmin Marine Network allows integration with radar, autopilots, cameras, instruments, and other Garmin devices controlled from one screen, whilst the OneHelm system brings compatible third-party devices such as digital switching and lighting onto the plotter too.
Built-in Wi-Fi pairs with the free ActiveCaptain app for OneChart access, smart notifications, and Garmin Quickdraw Community data, whilst SmartMode station controls provide one-touch access to critical info in high-pressure situations like docking.
