Description
The Garmin Transducer Y-Cable 12 Pin 2m/6ft is a genuine Garmin Y-cable that connects a port and starboard pair of thru-hull or transom-mount transducers to a single sonar unit via a 12-pin connection. The Y-cable setup allows the use of two different transducers to produce the left and right SideVu images, eliminating engine lower-unit or keel/hull shadowing that can block or distort the view from a single transducer position.
The left-side (port) transducer is used for left-SideVu images, whilst the right-side (starboard) transducer handles traditional, ClearVu, and right-SideVu images, plus water temperature and transducer ID. At 2 metres (approximately 6 feet) in length, the cable gives plenty of run to split the connection cleanly from the head unit to the two transducers. Compatible with all 12-pin GT transducers.
Purpose-built for boat owners running twin transducer setups on their Garmin sounder, delivering a cleaner, shadow-free SideVu picture for finding fish and structure.
