The Icom IC-M200 VHF Marine Radio is a compact fixed-mount transceiver delivering reliable performance and exceptional value for vessels where space is at a premium. Waterproof to IPX7 standard withstanding submersion to 1 metre for 30 minutes, this 25-watt transceiver features a powerful front-mounted speaker delivering loud and intelligible audio even in noisy maritime environments. The large 43mm x 27mm LCD displays essential information clearly with 4-step adjustable backlighting for excellent visibility in all conditions, whilst the supplied HM-164B hand microphone enables convenient channel operation directly from the mic.
Icom's unique AquaQuake draining function uses vibration to clear water from the speaker grill ensuring optimal audio quality at all times, whilst class-leading receiver performance delivers 75dB typical intermodulation distortion and selectivity. Dual Watch and Tri-Watch functions monitor channel 16 and programmable call channels whilst using another channel, whilst favourite channel function offers quick selection from the microphone up/down buttons.
Built-in temperature compensated crystal oscillator ensures accurate and reliable frequency stability, whilst instant-access button for channel 16, priority scan, normal scan and built-in low voltage indicator complete this feature-rich package.
