Samaki Redic Cicada 42mm Hard Body Topwater Lure

The Samaki Redic Cicada 42mm Hard Body Topwater Lure is a floating topwater lure designed to imitate a real cicada landing on the water. Every part of the lure - the body, wings, and finish - has been shaped to look and act like the real thing when twitched across the surface.

An internal rattle chamber gives off the buzzing sound that draws fish out from cover, while soft wings create a natural flick and ripple on every retrieve. The wings collapse in flight to help the lure cast further than a lure of this size normally would, and premium Decoy Y-S21 hooks are fitted straight from the pack for solid hook-ups when a fish comes up and hits it.

Built for freshwater creeks, dams, rivers, and shaded estuary edges where fish are feeding on the surface. Works well on Australian bass in impoundments and rivers, plus estuary perch, sooty grunter, and bream. Best fished early morning, late afternoon, and on warm calm days when surface fishing is at its peak.
