FatWall Design accommodates up to two inches of wall insulation and three inches in the lid, with PermaFrost pressure-injected polyurethane providing exceptional ice retention across multiple days of use. T-Rex Lid Latches hold the insulated lid closed against the ColdLock gasket, maintaining a reliable seal that blocks ambient heat from penetrating the interior.

The NeverFail Hinge System uses two interlocking pins to prevent lid damage under heavy use, whilst the Tundra 105 is IGBC Bear Proof certified when used with appropriate locks. Holding up to 139 cans or 42kg of ice, this cooler is suited to extended basecamp setups, large fishing parties, and any situation requiring serious cold storage for multiple days.
