Well, it’s almost here- the annual Win Television Lake Monduran Family Fishing Classic is being held this weekend, 15th and 16th of October 2016. There have been plenty of barramundi caught at Lake Monduran over the past few weeks, so with a bit of luck this year’s classic should be a cracker.

All in all the weather around the Bundaberg area hasn’t been too bad for the kids on school holidays. Some excellent reports have come in from both estuary and offshore during this past week.

The past week has seen some quality fish caught around the Bundaberg area, from both estuary and offshore.
Last weekend saw a few boats head offshore and a lot of the boats that got out came home with some quality coral trout, grass sweetlip, parrot and a few big spanish mackerel.
